From 2003, GaAs series Modules are used by domestic well-known manufacturers one after the other, such as SiChuan JiuZhou Group, ShenZhen FeiTong Company, ShenZhen MaiWei Company, ZheJiang Broadcast and Television Company, HangZhou WanNong Company, and WuXi LeiHua Company, etc. |

In the end of 2004, the GaAs Power Doubler Module was tested by American ANADIGICS Company, and the index and performance had reached the international top level. |

In January 2005, the GaAs Power Doubler Module, GaAs Optical Receiver Module, and Silicon Reverse Amplifier Module entered the American and East-European market successfully.
 In the end of 2008, we have got the RoHS Certificate for the GaAs Power Doubler Module．
In the early of 2009. we have gained the "outstanding supplier" honor by Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.
In the early of 2009, we have gained the National Patent for our newly innovative "C" series products.
